Strawberry Fudge Pops
Ingredients
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup Swerve confectioners plus 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup cacao butter
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate melted
pinch salt
6 large fresh strawberries diced
Instructions
Place the coconut milk, cacao powder, erythritol, cacao butter, and unsweetened chocolate in a small pot over low heat. Stirring frequently, bring to a simmer until all of the ingredients are melted together.
Divide the diced strawberries between 10 popsicle molds.
Divide the chocolate mixture between the 10 molds, place the lid on the mold and insert popsicles sticks.
Carefully transfer to the freezer and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
