We have spent the last few years really perfecting our sugar-free lifestyle, and these are our easy go-to’s on repeat. Everything is free of gluten, sugar, and pesticides, as much as we can help it.
Everyday Foods
Toasted Waffles
with PB & chopped bananas (or plain if we are on the go)
there are a few brands we rotate between, pending where we shop from. the cauliflower ones are our favorite! (they actually really taste the best and look the cutest!)
Tea/Fatty coffee
with coconut oil, nut milk
Ripple milk (pea protein, unsweetened version)
Banana Egg Pancake (with frozen blueberries)
pasture raised/organic eggs
Bagels (gluten/sugar free = GF/SF, shipped from Odd Bagel in Oakland, CA)
with cream cheese (organic, lactose-free)
Protein bars
Fresh berries (ORGANIC SUPER IMPORTANT HERE)
SMOOTHIES
Greens from our garden (kale, spinach, chard)
Chia seeds
Flax
Collagen
Avocado
Banana (half to full based on size)
Apple (half)
ICE (i hesitate to list as an item, but actually quite key for consistency!)

Peanut butter (spoonful to 1/4 cup)

Notes:
If we use any sweetener, it is natural and less spikey of blood sugar.
My husband also has an almond allergy, so our PB can be swapped for your nut/sun butter of choice.
