I love simplicity. I also have a tiny kitchen. I believe in cooking natural foods, without all the fancy equipment. I like the idea of making a dish at anyone’s house with the tools available to you. And for these great noodles. all you need is this little thing. A small handheld spiralizer. Add some great sauce, herbs, lemon, veggies, and you’ve got yourself a wonderful meal (and easy leftovers).

Our favorite is to add on some pesto and pine nuts. Can do a simple salt/oil/vinegar blend or get more creative. But simple seems to be the way of the game.

In regards to the zucchini, the small to medium size are best. The massive ones tend to lose a lot of the flavor, so picking when smaller are actual tastier. Plus they fit easily into the handheld thingy.
