1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 Cup Crushed ice
1/4 Cup Avocado (about 1/2 an avocado or 60g)
3 Tbsp Monkfruit, or to taste
2 Tbsp Natural creamy peanut butter (Almond butter for paleo)
1 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup brewed coffee (chilled, ice cubes! Pint glass worth)
6 to 8 Medjool dates , pitted (soak in hot water for 15 minutes if they are not soft)
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
2 tablespoons cashew butter
2 cups baby spinach (optional)
3 cups ice cube coffee! (add these in second blend)

2 tbsp MCT Oil
