Avo Nut Milk

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Cup Crushed ice

  • 1/4 Cup Avocado (about 1/2 an avocado or 60g)

  • 3 Tbsp Monkfruit, or to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Natural creamy peanut butter (Almond butter for paleo)

  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled, ice cubes! Pint glass worth)

  • 6 to 8 Medjool dates , pitted (soak in hot water for 15 minutes if they are not soft)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter

  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)

  • 3 cups ice cube coffee! (add these in second blend)

Peanut Butter Espresso

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tsp espresso powder

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup nut milk

  • 1/2 cups cold coffee

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 packet Sweetened CocoaVia (or Cocoa powder)

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder, optional*

  • 3 pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes if not soft)

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 cup of ice

  • ½ cup cold coffee

  • 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
