Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup Whole Rolled Oats (soaked in cold water over night, or at least 6 hours to break down to improve digestion)

    • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (for soaking // optional)

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 splash Oat Milk or any other plant milk you like

  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

    • also black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove

Toppings

  • Berries

  • Mixed Seeds/nuts

  • Dried Cranberries

  • Desiccated Coconut

  • Mint Leaves

  • Maple Syrup (optional)

  • Bee pollen

  • Pomegranate arils

Alternate:

OATS

  • 1 cup steel cut oats (soaked)

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for soaking // optional)

  • Water to cover

Cooking the Oats

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 1/2 cup full-fat or light coconut milk (canned)

  • 1 ½ – 2 tsp Golden Milk Mix (or turmeric, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
