Roasted Kale Chips

For the chips

  • 8 oz kale (wash and remove the stalk)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the seasoning

  • ½ tsp black pepper (ground)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (300 F).

  2. Pluck the kale into preferred size and mix it well with the olive oil.

  3. Spread the kale equally on a baking tray which is covers with baking foil and make sure the pieces don't overlap.

  4. Bake the chips for about 10-15 minutes, check after 10 minutes to make sure the chips don't turn brown.

  5. Put a wooden spoon between the oven door, to make sure the moisture can escape.

  6. Let the chips cool down and add the seasoning, adjust taste and enjoy.
