Sleepy Time Tea
This stuff will knock you out, and KEEP you knocked out. Best part? you wont feel weirdly drowsy in the morning. It’s subtle and effective. AMAZING.
Teas:
Hops (will knock you out all night!)
Valerian (strong flavor, but I’ve grown to kind of like it, like a harsh licorice)
Skullcap (works great for calming that monkey mind, but have to take every 4 hours (can make a cup, and have on bedstand if you wake up at midnight or so, and take another couple sips)
Sleepy time additions:
California poppy
chamomile
linden leaf and flower
lemon balm
passionflower
skullcap
lavender
In dream catcher’s blend:
orange peel
damiana
rose petals
catnip
