This stuff will knock you out, and KEEP you knocked out. Best part? you wont feel weirdly drowsy in the morning. It’s subtle and effective. AMAZING.

  • Teas:

    • Hops (will knock you out all night!)

    • Valerian (strong flavor, but I’ve grown to kind of like it, like a harsh licorice)

    • Skullcap (works great for calming that monkey mind, but have to take every 4 hours (can make a cup, and have on bedstand if you wake up at midnight or so, and take another couple sips)

    • Sleepy time additions:

      • California poppy

      • chamomile

      • linden leaf and flower

      • lemon balm

      • passionflower

      • skullcap

      • lavender

      In dream catcher’s blend:

      • orange peel

      • damiana

      • rose petals

      • catnip
